Making sense of digital technologies: A sociocultural-perspective from sport pedagogy
This keynote approaches digital technologies in sports as embedded in ongoing and often ambivalent socio-cultural meaning-making processes through which understandings of bodies, health, ability and participation are negotiated. Drawing on empirical examples from school sport and Physical Education, it explores the educational questions and broader perspectives on digitalization that emerge from this approach.
