Registration
Registration takes place via the Conftool platform.
If you have submitted an academic paper, you can use the login details you have already created. Payment of the fees will then take place in a second step.
Please note the following deadlines:
Early Bird: Payment received between 01.06. – 09.08.2026
Standard: Payment received between 10.08. – 10.09.2026
On-site registration is only available in the form of day passes (please note: the ÖSG Congress Dinner is not included here).
Payment of fees & registration confirmation
The fees incurred as part of your registration must be transferred to the account listed below within 7 days of registration. Please state “DP591017_OESG2026_Surname” as the payment reference.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a payment and registration confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 7–10 days of payment, please contact us at oesg2026(at)univie.ac.at.
For registrations where payment is received after 09.08.2026, the standard registration fee will apply; the early-bird fee cannot be applied in this case.
From 11.09.2026, registration will only be possible for the event’s scientific programme. Registration for social activities or dinner will no longer be possible from this date.
For your registration to be successful, payment must be shown as received in the conference account by 16.09.2026.
Proof of membership (ÖSG, DVS, SGS, VSÖ) or student status may be requested at random during on-site check-in.
